Give your organisation a sense of scale. You can manage your inbound calls with an auto-attendant and you can use different ring strategies for each ring group. For example, you could want all sales calls to be directed to the sales rep’s mobile and then to the office, if they are busy, with all admin calls directed to the office and then voicemail. Alternatively, all sales calls would be directed to the sales rep’s mobile and then, if not answered after 15 seconds the call would be redirected to the office, whilst any admin calls could call all office phones at the same time.
